CANCELLATION POLICY
Dates
An appointment made verbally by phone, email or in the salon is binding. Time is reserved and kept free for the client. The client can change and cancel the appointment free of charge 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation and changes can be done via the links in the confirmation email or by phone or by email to kim_joanne_z@hotmail.com.
Rescheduling and/or cancelling an appointment via social media is not valid.
If the client is late and the booked service can no longer be fully delivered due to lack of time, the LAK by Kim will look at what is feasible within the remaining time of the treatment. The client will have to pay the full booked amount even if the client has not (fully) received this service.
In case of absence and/or no answer LAK by Kim will treat this as a no-show and charge 100%. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the booked time LAK by Kim will charge 50% of the total amount.
Both parties do not have to comply with these obligations if they are hindered by force majeure. Force majeure includes what the law and case law say about it.
