SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery time

Orders placed and paid on working days before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day if in stock.

Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.

If your order has not been delivered after a few days or the track and trace does not work properly, please contact us so we can investigate this for you.

All packages are sent with PostNL, they deliver from Monday to Saturday.

Postage costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 euros as standard. Orders above €100,- euros are shipped for free.

If you order from Belgium, the shipping costs are €9.95.

Pick up at the Salon

It is also possible to pick up your order at the Salon in Zaandam.

You can check this option during checkout in our webshop.

You will receive an email or text message from us when the package is ready for you.

Returns

We understand that you would like to see the items you have ordered.

You therefore have a 14-day reflection period.

Are you not completely satisfied or is the item not to your liking?

No problem, you can return the items within 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging unopened.
Items must be unworn and undamaged.

The items will also not be taken back if they have been washed, if an attempt has been made to repair a defect yourself, or if the instructions for use have not been followed.

If your order does not meet these conditions, we will not accept the return shipment.

The package will then be returned to the sender immediately.

The postage costs associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the sender.

Tip: always keep the track and trace code of your returned package.

You are responsible for the package until we have received it in good order.

Swap

Would you like to exchange an item for a different color or size? Please indicate this on the return form or send us an email or message with the order number and the item you wish to exchange.

The return package must be sent within the delivery date and the 14th day after delivery.

Would you please be so kind as to send us an email with the return request.

You will then receive an email with shipping instructions.
